Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, grated (with rind)
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and oil in bowl and beat. Sift flour, baking soda and spices. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Make sure zucchini is well blended. Finally, fold in the sour cream. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a toothpick pierced into the center of the bread comes out clean.
