Chicken With Rice And Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts (I use boneless)
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 c. broth (you may use 2 bouillon cubes melted in hot water)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Butter medium pan or casserole dish. Pour rice into dish. Pour broth over rice.
    Place chicken next.
    Spread soup (undiluted) over chicken.
    Cook, covered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
