Rueben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf rye bread (cut crust off and quarter)
1 corned beef brisket (cook in crock-pot the day before)
1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1 bag sauerkraut (not canned)
1 large bottle Thousand Island
Preparation

Spray bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Layer: Rye bread, corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, Swiss cheese and rye bread.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
