Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/2 c. sugar, divided
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold water
    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. creme de menthe
    1/4 c. creme de cacao
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Blend 1 1/2 cup crumbs with butter.
    Press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
    Dissolve gelatin, 1/4 cup sugar and salt in water in top of double boiler.
    Add well-beaten egg yolks; cook over hot water until thick.
    Cool; add creme de menthe and creme de cacao.
    Congeal until consistency of egg white.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add remaining sugar.
    Fold into gelatin mixture.
    Fold in whipped cream and pour into crust.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Chill.
