Potato Candy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium to large size potato
approximately 1 lb. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Boil potato until done.
Mash potato with a fork.
Add enough confectioners sugar to mashed potato until it forms a dough that can be rolled out with a rolling pin.
