Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (26 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans corned beef, crumbled
    12 oz. grated Swiss
    12 sliced rye bread, cubed
    2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix sauerkraut, onion and sour cream.
    Spread in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with the crumbled corned beef and then the Swiss cheese.
    Top with the bread cubes which have been tossed with the melted butter.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 8 to 10.
    (Half recipe in an 8 x 8-inch pan for 35 minutes.)
