Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
6 eggs
4 tsp. ginger
4 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 lb. box brown sugar
Preparation

Mix margarine and sugar until creamy.
Add buttermilk with flour.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for thin layers.
Put fruit between layers.
