Oatmeal Cookie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour, plus a little bit more
1 tsp. soda
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter, sugar and pudding mix in a large bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats and raisins. Batter will be stiff.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
