Cauliflower Morranco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 large head cauliflower flowerets
    garlic
    basil
    salt and pepper
    3 c. cooked brown rice
    2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter with juice of 1 lemon. Saute cauliflower flowerets in butter with garlic, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix all ingredients, put in greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
