Yeast Bread(Four Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 qt. scalded milk
    5 lb. plus flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add to scalded milk that has been cooled.
    Combine dry ingredients and mix a little at a time until dough is not sticky.
    Let rise for 60 minutes until bulk has doubled.
    Bake in loaf pans for 35 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
