Cocoa Souffle - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. low-fat 1% milk
1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
1 Tbsp. orange flavor liqueur
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
5 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray 6-cup souffle dish with nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray.
Lightly dust with confectioners sugar.
