Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled (use 1 wrapped tube)
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole. Place pineapple in a casserole dish.
Mix sugar and flour; sprinkle over pineapple.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with cracker crumbs.
Pour melted butter over the crumbs and bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
