Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. white rice (uncooked)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    This is a low-fat pudding.
    Mix together in a 1-quart pan and simmer on low for 35 minutes.
    Stir frequently.
    May be served warm or cold.
    If too thick, add more skim milk for desired consistency.
