Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3/4 c. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in water (warm).
Stir in buttermilk mixture and yeast to dry ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Roll out and cut or just roll.
Dough will keep several weeks covered in refrigerator.
