Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    1 pkg. noodles
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can beef bouillon soup
    1 can water
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 oz. sour cream
    1 celery stalk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In small frying pan, saute onion and celery, chopped fine, until soft.
    In another large frying pan, brown hamburg; drain grease.
    Add mushroom soup, bouillon soup and 1 can water, along with onion and celery.
    Simmer slowly for 1/2 hour.
    Shut off heat; add sour cream.
    Pour mixture over noodles.
    It's oh, so good.
