Ingredients

4 c. flaked coconut
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 pkg. strawberry or other fruit flavored gelatin
Preparation

In bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on well-greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cookies cool on sheet 5 minutes before removing.
Cookies will be soft.
