Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour if placed in five (5) round cans or slightly longer if placed into two (2) loaf pans.
