Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. nuts
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat sugar and oil.
    Add well beaten eggs.
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
    Mix together.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Bake in three 8 or 9-inch pans at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
