Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. hot water
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Pour hot water over raisins; cool.
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, salt, oil and pumpkin.
    Add flour, baking powder, soda and spices. Add water, raisins and nuts last; mix well.
    Batter will be thin. Pour into 2 small loaf pans.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
