Hydrox Mint Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 Hydrox cookies, crushed
    24 big marshmallows
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
    1/2 tsp. green food coloring or to desired coloring
    1/2 pt. cream or 2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Put 3/4 of crumbs in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Melt marshmallows in 1 cup evaporated milk.
    Set aside to cool.
    Add peppermint flavoring and food coloring.
    Fold in cream (or Cool Whip).
    Pour over cookie crumbs.
    Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Freeze and remove an hour before serving.
