Ideal Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. seasoned croutons
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
Preparation

In the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch pan, spread the croutons and cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk with salt and mustard. Pour over the croutons and cheese. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve hot. Can be made the night before and baked in the morning.
