Brazilian Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 tsp. instant coffee
    2 c. hot water
    2 c. hot milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water in the top of a double boiler. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon and coffee.
    Stir in 1/4 cup of the water and cook over direct heat 1/2 minute.
    Add remaining water and milk; heat through and add vanilla.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6.
