Pennsylvania Dutch Green Beans & Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans french style green beans, drained
6 eggs, beaten
1 -4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. margarine
bacon or ham pieces (optional)
Preparation

Heat green beans in skillet.
Add margarine, heat until melted. Stir in beaten eggs and mushrooms.
Fry over medium heat until eggs are set.
Add salt and pepper.
