Ingredients

3 medium raw potatoes
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. grated onion
Preparation

Grate potatoes and onion.
Add beaten egg yolks.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Cook by spoonfuls in heavy skillet in hot fat. Serve with applesauce.
