Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (regular or light)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Melt butter in saucepan; add flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Slowly stir in milk and cook until slightly thickened.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Pour sauce over the macaroni and stir together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
