Angel Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. quick active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. Bisquick (original or low fat)
    1/4 c. milk or low fat
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
    Mix in Bisquick and milk until dough forms.
    Gently smooth into a ball on surface dusted with Bisquick.
    Knead 10 times.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Let rise in warm place 30 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes. Yields 9 to 12 buns.
    (Double recipe for 18 to 24 buns.)
