Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. roast beef
    2 large onions
    1 large green pepper
    2 stalks celery
    2 cloves garlic
    2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid woodsmoke flavoring
Preparation
    Prepare oven to 275\u00b0.
    Saute roast, onion, green pepper, celery and garlic.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Bake about 5 to 6 hours.
    Shred with fork.
    Serve on buns.
    Makes approximately 12 servings.
