Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium carrots
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Cut carrots into 1-inch chunks.
    Cook, covered, in boiling water for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
    Drain.
    While cooking carrots, mix all other ingredients, except butter.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
    Boil 1 minute. Stir in butter.
    Pour over hot carrots.
    Stir and serve.
