Orange Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    2 apples, peeled and chopped
    3 bananas, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Drain canned fruit.
    Combine all fruit in a bowl.
    Combine pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate in mixer bowl. Beat at high speed for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add sour cream; beat well. Pour over fruit mixture.
    Chill, covered, in refrigerator. Yields 10 servings.
