Open-Faced Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    16 oz. can Bush's chile hot beans
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    chopped lettuce, tomatoes, onions, grated cheese (Mozzarella) and sour cream (toppings)
    Fritos Lights
Preparation
    Brown beef; add Ro-Tel tomatoes, beans and soup and simmer at least 45 minutes.
    Crush Fritos Lights for each plate.
    Ladle sauce over Fritos, then add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and sour cream.
