Pineapple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. drained pineapple
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
