Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. hot oil
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk together.
Sift the dry ingredients and add the egg-milk mixture.
Heat a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with the 4 tablespoons oil.
Coat the pan well with the oil.
Pour off remaining oil into the bread mixture and beat well.
Fill the oiled pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Cut into squares.
