Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
paprika
Preparation

Combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream, milk, onion, salt and pepper in an ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Dot with margarine or butter.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
