Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef strips
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. green onions
1 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 tomato wedges
Preparation

Combine garlic, soy sauce and ginger.
Add to beef, toss over and marinate.
Heat oil in pan and add beef on high heat until browned.
Simmer until tender.
Turn up heat and add vegetables, cook
until crisp, about 10 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water. Pour over mixture.
Stir and cook until thickened.
Add tomato wedges and heat through.
Serve over rice.
