Ann'S Smoked Amberjack Fish Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked amberjack fish
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Crystal hot sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Skin amberjack and flake in bowl.
    Add next 7 ingredients and mix well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill for 6 hours.
    Serve with crackers and capers.
