The Waistwatcher - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 oz. drained water-packed tuna
    1/2 c. finely chopped cabbage
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped black olives
    2 to 3 drops Tabasco (optional)
    1/4 tsp. paprika (optional)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    whole grain, sourdough or French bread
Preparation
    Combine tuna, cabbage, olives, dressing, Tabasco and paprika. Chill mixture and spread on bread.
    Serve open-faced or top with another slice of bread.
    If desired, garnish with alfalfa sprouts, cucumber slices, tomato, carrot curls, etc.
