Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Put first five ingredients: sugar, flour, soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
    Make a well in center and add eggs, oil, nuts, vanilla and drained pineapple and bananas.
    Stir together but do not beat.
    Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes. This will make 1 large loaf and 2 small or 2 large loaves.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
