Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. flour
2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Velveeta cheese slices
1 can pizza sauce (optional)
chopped pepperoni (optional)
Preparation

Cook
meat;
mix flour with 1/2 cup of juice from tomatoes. Stir
into\tmeat
and
add tomatoes, onions and spices. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook noodles and layer with meat sauce and Velveeta cheese slices.
Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
