Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 center cut pork chops
    6 medium size potatoes
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Season pork chops and brown on both sides; set aside.
    Peel potatoes and slice round; put in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Season to taste.
    Mix can cream of mushroom soup with water and pour over potatoes; put sliced onion over this.
    Top with browned pork chops.
    Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
