Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced beef, chopped
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Keep warm in crock-pot while dipping. Refrigerate.
