Dishpan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. quick oats
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. nuts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Add oats and beat again.
    Add dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Can be made in drop cookies or add extra flour and make rolls which can be frozen, then sliced.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
