Fast Vagabond Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or chicken
2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced stewed tomatoes
1 (20 oz.) can corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can small whole potatoes, drained
garlic (optional)
Preparation

Crumble beef into hard, plastic colander.
Set in a 4-quart simmer pot.
Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring once. Discard fat.
Transfer beef to simmer pot.
Stir in taco seasoning.
Add beans, undrained tomatoes and corn.
Place the potatoes around the outside of stew.
Microwave on High for 8 minutes or until heated through.
Serves 6 to 8.
