Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar well.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Sift flour and cinnamon; blend with egg mixture.
    Fold in carrots, pineapple and nuts; place in a loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake 30 minutes in 2 layer pans.
