Quick Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    3 c. freshly cooked white rice
    pepper to taste
    12 oz. medium size shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix undiluted soup, sour cream, curry powder, onion and pepper in a large saucepan until blended.
    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring once or twice.
    Add shrimp and raisins; reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes until shrimp are opaque throughout.
    Serve immediately over hot rice.
