Italian Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese or mixture of Parmesan and Romano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    With a wire whisk, beat together all ingredients. Refrigerate.
    Mix before serving.
    Can be made ahead.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
