Green Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
    chili powder
    cumin
    1 onion, chopped
    1 doz. corn tortillas (you'll need oil to soften, I use Crisco)
    1 small can evaporated milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can or jar pimientos (large 6 to 8 oz., I think)
    1 small can green chiles, chopped or chop whole ones
    Cheddar cheese (grated for top)
    Monterey cheese (grated for top)
Preparation
    Brown ground meat.
    (Add spices and onion while cooking; I use about 2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder and about 2 tablespoons cumin powder).
