Chicken Tetrazzini(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. skinless chicken breasts
    2 small onions
    salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1/2 c. low-fat butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. skim milk
    1 (3 oz.) jar nonfat Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    About 2 hours before serving, in a large saucepot, place chickens, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon salt, pepper and water to cover. Over high heat, heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes or until fork-tender.
