Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    water
    salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Scrub unpeeled potatoes well. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut into wedges. Boil wedges for 5 minutes in salt water.
    Drain. Spread wedges in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 more minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and cheese is melted.
