Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    6 hot peppers, seeded and ground
    6 sweet green peppers, seeded and ground
    8 onions, peeled
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pt. vinegar
    3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Cook, stirring often, until thick.
    Pour into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace.
    Adjust lids.
    Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 pints.
