Low Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bananas, over-ripe and mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add beaten egg and bananas.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Put into a greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
